DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS FOR THE ORCHARDS AT RIVER BLUFF
Section 2.16 SIGNS: No sign of any kind shall be placed or displayed to the public view on lot,
except one sign of not more than six square feet advertising the residence for sale.
*Our bylaws do not apply to the American flag. Current state law prohibits homeowners' associations
from restricting or preventing a member of the association from displaying the United States flag
on property in which the member has a property interest or a right to exclusive use.
