At the annual HOA meeting in December 2019, the residents voted to set the 2020 HOA dues at $150 per residence.  By way of this online vote, we request approval to FOREGO dues in 2020 given the current COVID-19 issues and resulting financial unease.  Our balance sheet is strong, and the board feels this is the right move for this year. Please submit your vote by April 30, 2020.
