Board of Directors Meeting Minutes from May 26, 2021 - Online Meeting delayed to 7:15 p.m.
Call to order: Susan Waldman, President, called the Board meeting to order at 7:15 pm.
Roll call: Board members present: Susan Waldman, Jessica Praeger, Liz DePeaux
Others present: Moya, Paar, Kneiser, Pierce, Madsen, Needles
Financial report from Liz: Discussed financials as posted on website.
Board Activities

1. Pond Update: Treatment of pond begins shortly. Need to extend rip-rap ($6000) due to erosion from animals. 6/12-6/13 & 7/24 are no go dates for work on the pond.
2. Tree Removal: Looking into details on responsibility for tree removal from residents' yard within private landscape easement. City has been consulted and we are waiting for a response.
3. Maintenance: New lawn care service Quadscapes, saving enough money to cover new bushes in entryway gardens.
4. Rummage Sale: 3 families interested, will email them with contact info and share any final details they offer with the rest of neighbors.
5. Block Party: Moving ahead with a happy hour like last year. Will get dates out for vote soon.

Management Report - Reminders and response to complaints

1. Dogs: Please be considerate of neighbors, let barking dogs inside especially in early or late hours.
2. Street Lights: Please replace burnt out bulbs in driveway light for safety and consistency.
3. Garbage: Please remove spilled garbage from the street and yards.
4. Signs: We will continue with our policy of no political signs. Please remove any celebration signs one week after celebration.

Annual Meeting Scheduled - Wednesday, October 20th for dues vote
