What's New in the Neighborhood?

We have had two meetings since our last newsletter, so here are some gentle reminders from our neighbors that came up during open forums.

It is the homeowner's responsibility to pick up garbage in these scenarios:

Trash/glass does not make it into the garbage truck but lands on street.
Garbage put out night before and animals or birds dig and make a mess.
On windy or stormy days garbage is blowing into neighbors yards.

Please replace light bulbs in non-working outdoor lamp posts. It gets dark out so early and it would help keep everyone safe!

Welcome Committee commences in 2021!

Pond Maintenance Done This Fall

Rip rap was placed around eroding edges per recommendations from the City. The output pipe was reconnected. Weed treatments begin in the spring. Yard repairs to pond access areas will begin in spring.

2021 Dues are Set at $175!

At our online annual meeting on October 21st HOA President, Susan Waldman, made a recommendation to set the 2021 dues at $175.00 per household to offset annual costs as seen on our Financial page. Dues can be paid on our website home page before March 31, 2021. You can also mail a check to The Orchards at River Bluff Homeowners Association, PO Box 481, Oconomowoc WI 53066. Here are the results:
